  • For our October professional development session, we're offering participation at no cost to attendees. We just ask you to give us your feedback and invite a friend or colleague to help us grow this effort throughout the school year!

Join us for our Saturday Professional Development series on October 2, 2021.  The morning will consist of two 2-hour sessions presented BY science teachers FOR science teachers.  (Sessions are scheduled for 8:00-10:00 AM and 10:00 AM-Noon.)  During these sessions, the presenters will share some of their favorite ideas and best practices for classroom lessons and lab activities for various science courses and grade levels.  There will also be opportunity for professional networking and discussion with your peers across the state.  University credit will also be available for participants who accrue hours throughout the 2021-2022 school year; participants seeking credit will be responsible for related credit fees with the granting universities.

The North Dakota Science Teachers Association is a group of interdisciplinary science educators. Our membership is open to K-12 classroom teachers, university faculty, informal educators, concerned citizens, and business personnel.
